I met a customer recently. He is Kind. Share our story briefly.

We received his first inquiry on Alibaba in June, and we didn’t confirm the order until yesterday, which took a long time. During this period, I didn't have in-depth communication with the customer. I only asked the customer some questions about the order from time to time.

After we confirmed the order yesterday. We chatted for a while. Because of the vicious competition among merchants on Alibaba. The vicious competition will lead to many problems, such as reducing product quality to save costs, which will lead to a series of subsequent order disputes and so on. Everything is a two-way street, don't lose balance. And the frequent updates of various terms, we had a lot of follow-up work. Two-thirds of our working time was spent on the operation of Alibaba, And a lot of customers only send inquiries and unread quotations. So We don't have time to serve other real customers. After Alibaba expired, we decided not to renew.

What I didn't expect was that the customer said he didn't like it either. Although Alibaba would favor the customer when it came to order disputes, the cycle was very long and he couldn't concentrate on other things. It made him feel very troubled. I completely agree that it takes almost a month to resolve a dispute.

And then the customer told me that I couldn't see any transaction records or customer reviews on your website. The customer's words made me instantly feel: "Oh, yeah, that's right, I should have thought of it earlier." Because everyone is really busy at work, wishing for one person to have a super power at work, so there is almost no time to carefully check the company website. I am really grateful to this customer for giving such an important opinion.
