Today,we are going to introduce the process of the delivery.
For our international customers:if you have your own agent in China,you just need to provide the contact information of your agent,then we can send the goods to them.Generally speaking, three days is enough to arrive.you just need to pay us Inland transportation fees.
if you currently do not have an agent in China.we are willing to help you in the shipping process. after received your inquiry,we will provide you a quotation including both the prices of products and shipping. If there is no doubt,then we can send it to our forwarder company to ship the goods according the information you provide.and you can choose the shipping method you want.we need about 1-3 days to send the goods to the forwarder company,generally they will ship it out the second days after they received.then we will show you the tracking number so that you can keep track of the transportation status of the goods at any time.
The specific transportation method depends on the quantity of products you order, and we will do our best to meet your transportation requirements and provide you with the best transportation plan. Usually air freight, sea freight, and express delivery are very convenient.
Your country may impose import duties and/or taxes on the parts being delivered to you. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and NOT included in our prices. We advise customers to check with their local Customs Office to confirm any possible import duties/taxes before placing their order.and we will also provide you packing list and invoice to finish the customs clearance.
Before placing any further orders, please confirm with us whether there is inventory and the delivery date that may need to be waited for.We can provide a pre-selected reference transportation plan. If production is required, we will confirm the specific transportation method with you again one week before the completion of the goods.
